She grew up in different cities/countries, but was born in the Dominican Republic. She moved with her parents to New York at the age of 8, and then moved to New Hampshire for a short period of time. There is no joking around this April for our community outreach
This month the Ginarte personal injury attorneys and staff are raising awareness for two great organizations. We are always looking for ways to give back to the community and help those who are less fortunate. Last month we donated over $150 in change for the American Red Cross month. We collected change at our Newark office to donate to the charity that helped so many of us during Hurricane Sandy.
Workers’ Compensation and Third Party Liability
When a person is injured at work, that person can file a workers’ compensation claim petition against his employer and seek benefits for temporary disability, medical expenses and permanent disability, among other things. Most people are aware that, with rare exceptions, one cannot sue one’s employer or a co-employee for an injury sustained at work.
