Unsafe Work Practice Injuries

When contractors or employees engage in unsafe work practices they can put other people at the work site at risk. Unsafe practices can include but, unsafe equipment, unsafe working conditions and failure to control the job site.

Workers are at risk for serious injury where the equipment they are using, such as ramps, ladders, or scaffolding, is not maintained in safe conditions. Such unsafe work environments may cause slips or trips and falls, serious accidents, and even death. In the event of an injury due to an unsafe work practice, the owner, general contractor, subcontractor, and even insurance company may be held liable.

If you or a loved one has been severely injured due unsafe work practices at a job site, please call us for immediate attention at 1-888-GINARTE.
